Nykole Wyatt, MPA, ABR, SRS
Nykole received her bachelor’s degree in 2000 and her Master of Public Administration degree in 2003, both from the North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. Over the years, she held various positions in the public relations arena. As a public relations professional, customer care and service rank at the top of the list when it comes to what is important. Her passion for serving and helping others brings joy to her life.
In 2011 she joined a firm as a part-time office assistant. A couple of years later, it happened. She attended a conference and heard Robert Kiyosawki speak. While Kiyosawki was on stage, he spoke about the 4 wealth quadrants and how real estate was one of them.
Nykole, then made the decision to get her real estate license, come from behind the desk and begin walking in her passion. Fast forward five years and she was no longer the part-time office assistant. She was a a top-producing agent with a company, making moves and excelling beyond belief.
With God at the forefront of everything Nykole does, she listened when God said it was time to move. Backed with the knowledge and training acquired over the last eight years, Nykole stepped out on faith in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic and started her own company and has a growing team.
Each year Nykole strives to do better, and be better, while constantly seeking growth and enlightenment. Along the way she has garnered a few accolades. Some of her proudest are becoming a published author, receiving the 40 Under 40 Award in 2018 from her Alma Mater, being published in Top Agent Magazine as a “Rising Star” in 2018, being featured in Feature Agent Magazine in Spring of 2019 and most recently making America's Top 100 Agents in May of 2020!
Originally from Florence, SC, Sakeysha Williams has been a resident of Charlotte, NC since 2008, and has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2014. Sakeysha began her collegiate studies at North Carolina A&T State University, in 2002, with the intention of becoming a Broadcast Journalist. After discovering her love for the field of Hospitality, she then transferred to the University of South Carolina, and graduated from there in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. She later went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Public Relations from Full Sail University in 2017.
In addition to serving the Charlotte community as a knowledgeable Realtor, Sakeysha has an extensive background of professional experiences. With a tenure of 15 years in the Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism industry, Sakeysha has worked on the Sales and Marketing teams for a couple very reputable hoteliers and Caribbean resorts. She has also served as a Public Relations Consultant for a variety of celebrity and hospitality clients. Additionally, Sakeysha also has professional experience within the Mortgage Industry as a Mortgage Processor and Mortgage Underwriter.
Possessing a vast experience in meeting the needs of a demanding client base, Sakeysha’s goal is not to just sell homes, but to sell lifestyles and to help build profitable futures for local families. She prides herself on understanding the specific needs and wants of her each of her clients, and provides customized services to provide an excellent customer service and educational experience for each and every client.

Phyllis Spearman, armed with world class connections and a zeal for helping others, has been a resident of Charlotte, NC since 2005. Originally from Fayetteville NC, Phyllis was living in Raleigh NC before being promoted to a position in Charlotte NC. Phyllis has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2015. Phyllis joined Kole's Keys Real Estate after a 22 year career in the Insurance Industry where she worked in a variety of positions at a well known corporation.
Those positions gave her the top notch negotiating and customer service skills needed to ensure our buyers and sellers receive better than the best from our team. Immediately following her Insurance career, Phyllis gained an Investigator’s license and started her own company while contracting part- time with an International PI firm. Phyllis's career experience and her proven track record in fostering and nurturing long-term relationships by providing stellar customer service and professional expertise keep her at the forefront of the real estate industry.
