Nykole Wyatt, MPA, ABR, SRS, GRI

Nykole is the Broker in Charge of Kole's Keys Real Estate.


Nykole received her bachelor’s degree in 2000 and her Master of Public Administration degree in 2003, both from the North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. Over the years, she held various positions in the public relations arena. As a public relations professional, customer care, and service rank at the top of the list when it comes to what is important. Her passion for serving and helping others bring joy to her life.


In 2011 she joined a firm as a part-time office assistant. A couple of years later, it happened. She attended a conference and heard Robert Kiyosawki speak. While Kiyosawki was on stage, he spoke about the 4 wealth quadrants and how real estate was one of them.


Nykole then made the decision to get her real estate license, come from behind the desk, and begin walking in her passion. Fast forward she quickly moved from being the part-time office assistant to a top-producing agent with a company, making moves and excelling beyond belief.

With God at the forefront of everything Nykole does, she listened when God said it was time to move. Backed with the knowledge and training acquired over the last eight years, Nykole stepped out on faith in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and started her own company and now has a growing team of her own.

Each year Nykole strives to do better, and be better, while constantly seeking growth and enlightenment. Along the way, she has garnered a few accolades. Some of her proudest are becoming a published author, receiving the 40 Under 40 Award in 2018 from her Alma Mater, being published in Top Agent Magazine as a “Rising Star” in 2018, being featured in Feature Agent Magazine in Spring of 2019, making America's Top 100 Agents in May of 2020, 2021 & 2022, being named Formidable Women's Magazine's "Power 20" in August 2020, chosen to represent women in real estate in Charlotte Magazine's Faces of Charlotte issue; but more notable Nykole has been named to the Marquis Who's Who in America!

Sakeysha Williams

Originally from Florence, SC, Sakeysha Williams has been a resident of Charlotte, NC since 2008, and has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2014. Sakeysha began her collegiate studies at North Carolina A&T State University, in 2002, with the intention of becoming a Broadcast Journalist.  After discovering her love for the field of Hospitality, she then transferred to the University of South Carolina, and graduated from there in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management.  She later went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Public Relations from Full Sail University in 2017.

In addition to serving the Charlotte community as a knowledgeable Realtor, Sakeysha has an extensive background of professional experiences.  With a tenure of 15 years in the Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism industry, Sakeysha has worked on the Sales and Marketing teams for a couple of very reputable hoteliers and Caribbean resorts.  She has also served as a Public Relations Consultant for a variety of celebrity and hospitality clients.  Additionally, Sakeysha also has professional experience within the Mortgage Industry as a Mortgage Processor and Mortgage Underwriter.

Possessing vast experience in meeting the needs of a demanding client base, Sakeysha’s goal is not to just sell homes, but to sell lifestyles and to help build profitable futures for local families.  

She prides herself on understanding the specific needs and wants of her each of her clients, and provides customized services to provide excellent customer service and educational experience for each and every client. To keep her clients abreast of recent changes in the industry Sakeysha sits on two real estate boards, the Young Professionals Network, and the Education Advisory Group. Coupled with Sakeysha’s mortgage background, special skillsets, professional experiences, caring and determined attitude is the perfect combination to help her clients with making their dream homes a reality. Sakeysha’s play on words with her family nickname, “Key”, perfectly describes her impact and presence in the Real Estate industry.  She has deemed and proven herself to be “The Key To Your Dream Home”, and you’ll commonly hear her say, “You’re only one Key turn away from making your dream home a reality”.

Phyllis Spearman

Phyllis Spearman, armed with world-class connections and a zeal for helping others, has been a resident of Charlotte, NC since 2005. Originally from Fayetteville NC, Phyllis was living in Raleigh NC before being promoted to a position in Charlotte NC. Phyllis has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2015. Phyllis joined Kole's Keys Real Estate after a 22-year career in the Insurance Industry where she worked in a variety of positions at a well-known corporation.


Those positions gave her the top-notch negotiating and customer service skills needed to ensure our buyers and sellers receive better than the best from our team. Immediately following her Insurance career, Phyllis gained an Investigator’s license and started her own company while contracting part-time with an International PI firm. Phyllis's career experience and her proven track record in fostering and nurturing long-term relationships by providing stellar customer service and professional expertise keep her at the forefront of the real estate industry.


While she has received numerous awards over the years for her superior customer service. Phyllis is always striving for greater and constantly seeking knowledge to ensure our clients excel with their real estate goals. Arlicia Hackett

Arlicia joins Kole’s Keys Real Estate with a nearly 20-year career in manufacturing and procurement working primarily in process improvement. Arlicia’s leadership skills include creative problem solving who consistently coaching others to deliver products and services with increased safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. Arlicia is consistent in her high-level customer-focused approach and meticulous attention to detail. Her proven results in managing, planning, coordinating, coaching, and executing create value with anything she sets her mind too.  


As a graduate of NC State in 2003 with a degree industrial engineering, Arlicia is constantly striving to increase knowledge. Her desire to know more has brought her to the real estate industry. Her servant leader mindset fuels her passion and desire to help others achieve their goals. Whether in business, buying, selling, or investing in real estate, Arlicia is a Realtor who is inspired to help families build a legacy by assisting them in investing in real estate. Keitra Robinson

Keitra brings her vast array of professional and personal experiences to her role as a real estate agent. She is uniquely positioned to serve her clients and their goals for investing in real estate with wisdom and insight whether it be their first home purchase or growing their real estate portfolio.

Keitra obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina Central University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine School of Law.  After leading a team of lawyers and mediators for over a decade in public service, she transitioned her career to align further with purpose and calling for a fresh season of entrepreneurship, service, and ministry as a faith-based, certified personal and executive coach to women leaders.   She has had the privilege of serving women from Arkansas to Africa in their faith and purpose as a professional coach and has had the privilege of speaking to women leaders from across the globe.  She is author of the inspirational personal and professional development guide entitled, “Life Re-Imagined, From Frustrated to Fulfilled,” which helps women clarify vision and coach them to more fulfilling life paths.

Keitra deeply values her role as mother and wife and among fun adventures like starring in Disney and Universal commercial and print ads together, she has dedicated her work in real estate investing as a teaching ground for her three sons who have been active participants and students in her real estate investment and fix and flip projects. Allison Driver

Allison Driver is a highly motivated, results-oriented professional with significant managerial, customer service and problem-solving skills. Her Strengths include multi-tasking, attention to detail, which is a plus for an experienced REALTOR. She possesses a high degree of flexibility, and time management skills, which allows the ability to adapt easily to challenging situations and responsibilities.


She has a proven track record of being a hard worker with a positive attitude in high stress situations while maintaining an excellent grasp on client expectations. Allison loves to smile and laugh; and while her smile and laugh are infectious, Allison also loves the beach, movies, traveling and time with family and friends. More importantly, she is an avid supporter of all things NCCU.
